Position Overview
Our Digital Media Activation Manager is a high-energy, detail-conscious professional; an individual who is versed in paid social media and analytics along with experience in performance & brand awareness campaigns and evergreen digital activations. Our Digital Media Activation Manager will oversee a set of national and/or regional accounts and is responsible for paid social strategy, activation, management, testing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Leading day to day development of strategic paid social media plans:
Developing and nurturing Agency’s day-to-day paid social relationship with key clients.
Guiding holistic development of the paid social media & measurement strategies on assigned accounts.
Leading the presentation of paid social media strategies, plans, and detailed recommendations to clients for approval.
Presenting paid social concepts and execution approaches to internal & key stakeholders.
Providing a point-of-view and recommendations to clients on the latest innovations in paid social media marketing.
Collaborating with other Agency strategy, account or creative teams to develop holistic communications plans for integrated clients.
Staying up to date on the latest trends in the industry.
Supervising activation, stewardship and reporting on approved plans:
Activating and optimizing campaigns across client approved paid social media platforms.
Ensuring successful staging, implementation, and QA of plans with activation teams.
Ensuring that all tactics are delivering on-budget, on-time, on-goal, etc..
Perform campaign analysis and develop creative ideas for optimization and testing.
Developing and supporting reporting deliverables for clients (weekly, monthly, wrap reports).
Developing and writing key performance insights and implications.
Supporting Agency leadership and new business development:
Displaying consistent leadership and inspiring advancement of Agency culture with all co-workers.
Participating in the new business development process with the Agency leadership team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of experience in paid social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities, including drawing insights from client or media reported trends and the role paid social media plays within mix of channels and tactics
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Perspective: Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn and grow in the field.
Enthusiasm: Demonstrated curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities across social media platforms.
Accountability: Strong sense of personal responsibility and ability to work fully remote, adhering to deadlines and expectations in your role.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in paid social media platforms like X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snap, etc. and 3rd party management platforms.
Knowledge and experience in other biddable media tactics, like paid search and programmatic

Position Overview
Our Activation and Analytics Specialist will support all day to day paid search campaign management, reporting, web tagging, forecasting, and modeling deliverables across a set of clients. You will also learn how to build measurement plans and learning agenda for a wide range of clients
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of paid search campaigns and client reporting:
Working with account lead to design and manage paid search campaigns and assist in the development and deployment of client reporting across all approved tactics
Paid Search:
Proposing and executing tests, analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Managing campaign budgets, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Proposing/creating and optimizing ad copy.
Assisting with new campaign builds (ad extensions, keywords and ad copy).
Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Researching and analyzing competitors.
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing paid search and shopping campaigns.
Staying current with new search news, trends, tools, best practices, etc.
Reporting and Data Analysis
Assisting with the creation of measurement plans to accompany the agency’s strategic recommendations
Assisting with the management of all client marketing data.
Managing ad campaign set up, trafficking, and QA within the agency’s ad server.
Deriving insights from campaign performance reports that are actionable and tie back to client marketing goals.
Assisting with deploying and troubleshooting measurement tags on client’s digital properties (web and mobile).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in paid search management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
Working knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets (vLookup, pivot tables, etc.).Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities, including drawing insights from client or media reported trends.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
