Five years ago, we partnered with Aruba to reposition the island for high-value travelers and drive sustainable economic growth. Grounded in deep audience insights, we aligned stakeholders around a shared vision and defined Arubaβs intangible point of differentiation – the island stays with you. We activated this ownable positioning through a segmentation-led messaging strategy that paired the right audience triggers with compelling island RTBs, ie. how Aruba makes you feel. Tailored creative showcased meaningful transformations for each segment and record-breaking visitation followed, leading to a strategic shift toward responsible tourism. Today, a refined, audience-specific approach is delivering strong early results and helping shape a more sustainable future for Aruba – when you love this island, it loves you back.
